Can I Update Or Cancel My Order Once I Have Placed It?

As long as your item is in stock our team will start to prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.

Please sign in to My Account to:

  • Cancel your order
  • Amend the items on your order
  • Change your delivery address
  • Update gift bag and gift card options
  • You can complete all the above actions by choosing the order you wish to amend in ‘My Orders‘ and click ‘View Order Details’.

We will confirm if your request has been successful straight away.

If you are not able to see the option to amend/cancel your order in your account, this means that our team has already begun processing your order and it can no longer be canceled or You can send us a message via WhatsApp to cancel your order no less than 4 hours after the time you created your order.

As long as the piece has not been damaged, you are welcome to return this to us within our 3 to 7-day returns policy once received.
