General Delivery Information:
- Delivery times are for in stock products only, including modified products.
- All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed for.
- Please be aware that KSA public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
- Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
Delivery – Do you offer Click and Pick up?
We do offer click and pickup from Orange Blossom Boutique free of charge!
You can select click and pickup in the checkout page when completing your order online, and pickup from store in Jeddah, KSA.
How will I know my order has arrived?
You will receive a confirmation email or a message on WhatsApp once your order has arrived at our Boutique. For Boutique information and opening hours, please follow the link below for full details.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?
You just need a copy of the confirmation email you will receive from us or a message on WhatsApp. If you are not able to collect the order yourself do not worry, you can send someone on your behalf as long as they have a copy of the confirmation email or a message on WhatsApp.
How long will you keep the order for?
We will keep your order for 7 working days, the date will be included on you ready to collect email. If you do not collect your order in 7 working days the order will be sent back to our warehouse. Please note modified items will not be refunded.
Delivery – How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order by logging into My Account or referring to your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to when it is signed for at its final destination.
Delivery – Does My Order Need To Be Signed For?
Selected single item orders, for delivery within the KSA, will be sent with Aramex Co and will be posted directly through your Adress or your loction and will require a signature on delivery.
All orders for delivery outside of the KSA will be sent by Aramex Co and will require a signature on delivery.
If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address our delivery company will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘in a safe place’.
Delivery – Are There Any Delivery Exceptions?
PO Box Addresses
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.
Delivery At Weekends
Weekend delivery varies globally and we would recommend contacting the courier for further details. In the KSA, our couriers do not deliver at weekends, unless the nominated day service is selected for Friday or Saturday if you found this option.
Delivery On Public Holidays
Our couriers do not currently deliver on public holidays.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery applies for working days only and currently excludes countries outside the KSA.
Returns – What Is The Policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 14 days from your receipt of the order you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction, It does not include the shipping amount.
All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Goods purchased online may be refunded to the original payment method at any Orange Blossom Boutique, if accompanied by their original dispatch paperwork and packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to process an exchange for online returns in our boutiques at this time.
Returns – How Do I Return My Item?

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of From the date of receipt. This includes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Products purchased online can be returned at Orange Blossom Boutique (excluding concessions), in KSA, for refund only.
Engraved items are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
Processing your Refund
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
Returns – How Much Do They Cost?
From elsewhere in the world we offer a subsidized returns label – the options and cost will be displayed whilst processing your return in our self serve portal. Alternatively, you are welcome to choose a return method that is convenient to you at your own cost.
We would always recommend retaining your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your goods.
Returns – Can I Return My Modified Item?
As modified items have been personalised these cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.
