How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
If your item is in stock we prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.
By signing in to My Account you can:
Cancel your order or you can send us a message via WhatsApp to cancel your order no less than 6 hours after the time you created your order.
Change your delivery address
Change your shipping method
Update gift bag and gift card options
We will confirm if your request has been successful straight away.
Can I Have My Order Gift Wrapped?
We can offer our beautiful premium gift packages for a small amount which will be set at checkout – please select this option at checkout. Your gift order will be packed in our standard packaging, placed in a recyclable signature MV sealed bag and wrapped in tissue.
If you would like to include a gift message in your parcel please fill out the GIFT MESSAGE section during the checkout process. Your message will be printed on branded Orange Blossom stationary exactly as you have entered it on the website. Alternatively, you can select to receive a blank gift card to write your own message.
Can I Order Gift Vouchers?
To purchase a gift card for use at Orange Blossom boutiques or online visit our vouchers page.
Gift cards are available to buy in the value of between 500 SAR and 2000 SAR. They can be purchased in SAR, AED, or USD, and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
To redeem a gift card online, simply enter the gift card code in the GIFT VOUCHER / OFFER CODE box on your Shopping Bag page and click APPLY CODE.
To redeem a gift card in store, please present your gift voucher to our boutique in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia prior to payment.
E-cards will be processed and emailed during working hours (Saturday – Thursday, 9 am – 6 pm GMT).
How Do I Use A Promotion Or Offer Code?
To redeem a Promotion or Offer Code, add the code to the APPLY COUPON / OFFER CODE
box on your Shopping Bag page and click APPLY COUPON.
The following conditions apply:
• Only one code can be used per transaction.
• Codes can only be applied to full price pieces (they are not available on sale pieces).
• Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
• Orders must be made prior to 23:59 GMT on the closing date, if specified.

What Abaya Size Do I Need?
Generally, our abayas are stocked in size relaxed to oversize.

You can measure your existing abaya size yourself by printing the attached guide and following the instructions.
How Do I Resize My Orange Blossom Abaya?
We are happy to resize a abaya or any picess if it is not the right size for you. Within 15 days of purchase resizing is free of charge, with valid proof of purchase. After 15 days, we are still able to resize your ring for a charge.
To get started visit our ‘How does my Orange Blossom 15-days Warranty work?’ page and simply follow the instructions for the option that best describes how you purchased or received your piece. Once within the repair process you will be able to select a abaya resize option.
Please note, not all styles can be resized – to check your piece can be adjusted please reach out to our Customer Care team who would be happy to support.
What Do I Do If I Forget My Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it or follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the My Account page. Follow the steps and click RESET PASSWORD. We will send a link to the email address you have provided, which will enable you to reset your password.
How Do I Change My Personal Details & My Email Preferences?
You are able to edit your personal details such as your name, phone number, email address and password from within My Account.
You can sign up to hear from us about new product launches, competitions, sales and exclusive offers via the Orange Blossom Enewsletter. Once signed up, you can unsubscribe at any time either via the ‘Unsubscribe’ link on the bottom of each newsletter, or by the tick box in ‘My Account‘.

We also partner with TABBY and offer ‘pay in three’ as a method of payment. This option is available to customers in the KSA and the Gulf countries. A minimum spend of 500 SAR/500 AED/300 USD is required to avail this service.

We show prices and accept payment in the following currencies: US Dollars, Saudi Rial, Emirati Dirham
You are free to pay in the currency of your choice and you can change your payment currency in the website footer. If you change your currency, prices will be converted at the daily exchange rates published by the ECB (view rates).
