What products cannot be returned?

Engraved or edited items are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

Discounted (on Sale) products cannot be refunded after purchasing them, but they can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving them, Unless there is a manufacturing defect or manufacturing damages.

Additional shipping fees for refund or exchange will be covered by the customer.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Local shipments: It will take from 1 to 5 days to reach your destination.
International shipments: This depends on the distance of your country from the country of origin, which is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and this period can be from 5 to 15 days to reach your destination and not more than that.

When will your order be processed?

The orders will be processed the next day the purchase was made, except the weekend days (Friday) and public holidays, which will be processed the next business day.

Are there customs fees?

Local shipment: There are no customs duties on shipments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
International shipments: customs charges and taxes in the country the product(s) is being shipped are your responsibility, which depending on the taxes in your country. These charges will have to be borne by you when your shipment reaches the destination.
